Ultra Clean's high-efficiency hot air dryers are designed for applications where non-solvent drying is required.  Recirculating updraft drying allows for efficient operation and quick drying times. These units can be used alone or incorporated into a full cleaning/drying system.

• 316-L stainless steel construction

• Drying chamber dimensions from 10" x 14" to 35" x 42"

• Operates in manual mode or as part of an automated cleaning system

• Recirculating system with updraft airflow

• Temperatures from ambient to 250°F

• Drying chamber insulated for energy efficiency

• HEPA filters for particle control of incoming air (99.97% efficiency to 0.3 microns)

• Airflow rates up to 5000 cfm for quick, efficient drying

• Variable speed control on fan motor to vary cfm's

• Controlled by a PLC for management of multiple applications

• Operator controls located on sloping, recessed control panel on front of unit

• Sliding access doors in front; lift out access panels on sides and rear
