Precision
Cleaning Equipment
Used in industries where critical cleaning is
necessary including the semiconductor, optic and disc drive industries, Ultra
Clean's precision cleaning equipment is designed for submicron cleaning. Our
tanks feature electropolished finishes with the lowest RA's in the industry.
Tanks are equipped with higher frequency ultrasonics for delicate parts and
feature cove corner construction with four-sided sawtooth overflow weirs.
Industrial
Parts Washers
Ultra Clean's TRIAD industrial parts washers
are designed with a small footprint to accommodate work cell environments. The
TRIAD combines the features of three systems - washing, rinsing and drying -
into one highly efficient unit. This system eliminates material handling because
it is designed to bring the solution to the parts. The TRIAD includes automatic
safety mechanisms to ensure operator protection and a fully programmable PLC to
control and monitor process parameters. Options include ultrasonics, agitation,
rotation, spray, multiple chemistries, chip collection, and de-oilers.
Vapor
State Degreasers
Ultra Clean's vapor state systems
are equipped with the latest environmental and safety features and comply with
current emission standards. Designed for processing versatility, our vapor state
units are intended for use with traditional solvents as well as environmentally
friendly solvents including HCFC, HFC, HFE and N-propyl bromide. Ultra Clean
degreasers feature full peripheral condensing coils that are refrigerated or
water-cooled. They are ideal for use at individual workstations in a laboratory
or manufacturing line.
Recirculating
Hot Air Dryers
High-efficiency recirculating hot air
dryers by Ultra Clean are designed to provide non-solvent drying. Dryers
can be used in a stand alone manual mode or as part of an automated cleaning system.
Updraft drying and recirculation rates up to 5000 cfm provide quick efficient
drying. HEPA filters can be installed for use with sensitive
materials and in cleanroom environments.
Customized
Systems
Ultra Clean is recognized as an industry
leader for designing and manufacturing customized ultrasonic systems. We offer fully
automated systems with multiple operator interfaces. Construction materials
available for custom work include Titanium, Tantalum, Hastelloy and Inconel.
Alternate finishes such as bright annealed, electropolished and hard chrome are
also available. Materials handling capabilities include conveyor systems,
overhead robots and indexing ladders. Cleaning options include ultrasonics,
spray, immersion, mechanical, agitation, and rotation. Available drying methods
include air blow-offs, hot air ovens, alcohol and hot water (slow pull).
